Medical Clinics

The Fundazúcar Medical Clinic, located in Escuintla, is a self-financed entity that attends over 45 thousand patients every year.

It was obtained in usufruct through an agreement with the Ministry of Health of Guatemala, offering 5 medical specialties: ophthalmology, general medicine, pediatrics, dentistry and dermatology; as well as three support services: optics, laboratory and pharmacy.

Medical specialists attend consultations for a nominal fee of Q.30 (around US$3.90) The Fundazúcar clinics are located at the 59.5 kilometer, old road to Taxisco, in front of the Emergency Room of the Escuintla Hospital.

The clinic is open Monday to Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. For more information, call (+502) 2215 2450.
